Bio: I’m originally from Seattle, then early in 2008 moved to Sapporo, Japan. I spend my time writing, exploring Sapporo, reading, and getting involved in subjects and issues that interest me, one of them being the universal issue of justice, which, as scientist Stephen Hawking says, “may not be rooted in physics but is no less fundamental to our existence. Without it, before long, human beings will surely cease to exist,” which isn’t exactly a happy thought, though it is an important one.
By all means, do leave comments about what you read here. I enjoy the interaction. Sometimes it turns out to be a collaboration, which usually has its surprises.
I’m also a writer, with two novels published and a novella about friendship, titled “The Old Man and The Monkey.” Read about them at my other website, www.geogepolleyauthor.com. The misspelling of “george” is deliberate. (Did I mention that I also have an odd sense of humor?) 🙂
Welcome to my musings.
I would be delighted if you accept the “I am part of the Word Press Family Award”
This is a VERY EASY Award, just pick 10 people. I ask you keep the quote in.
Should you not accept could you PLEASE pass it onto a friend who will…
More love, less hate

Hello “GEOGE” 😛 ! I find your site very lucid and with a sense of purpose.. and I greatly appreciate your thoughts, rational, clear headed and more importantly fearless. Thanks for visiting my blog and redirecting me here. God bless!
Hi George, I saw where you’re liked a couple of my comments and just wanted to say hi and thanks! You’ve got a wonderful site! JC
Thanks for liking my post! I’m going to follow your blog… it is very captivating!
Hi George — Saw you’d visited my blog, and came by to say hello, and to follow. By the way, I like your new profile portrait on Facebook … you wear that hat well. I agree justice is vitally important. It’s what all humans yearn for, and deservel. All the best, Jayne Hyatt
Thanks for the comment about my new facebook profile portrait. The hat is my favorite hat. My title for the photo is “Le Nez.” 🙂
Lol. Fortunately your nose shows well in profile.
Yes . . . it’s the most prominent thing on my face. 🙂
😀 Then all is well.
